REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Because our products are print-on-demand, returns are handled carefully.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns or refunds are accepted only if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item is defective

  • The item is incorrect from the original order

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Items worn, washed, or used

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
