This Delivery Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered by Insieme Benefit Shop.

All products sold by Insieme Benefit Shop are print-on-demand (POD) items and are custom-made after an order is placed.

  • Order processing time is 2–5 business days

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or US federal holidays

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


2. Shipping Time Estimates

Estimated delivery times begin after processing is complete:

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs clearance

  • Weather conditions

  • High-volume periods

Insieme Benefit Shop is not responsible for delays outside our control.


3. Shipping Rates

We offer a flat shipping rate for all orders:

  • Flat Shipping Fee: $5 USD per order

This fixed rate applies regardless of:

  • Order size

  • Number of items

  • Shipping destination

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email

  • A tracking number will be provided

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system


5. Customs, Duties & Import Fees

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer

  • Insieme Benefit Shop is not responsible for customs delays or additional fees


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees

  • We are not responsible for lost packages caused by address errors provided by the customer


7. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please contact your local carrier first.
